Mike collegiately approached us, answered our questions and did not pressure us in the least. A few days later, we returned to the dealership after deciding we wanted a test drive, and Mike had the vehicle warm and clean (on a frigid MN day) and ready to go. When we decided to buy, Mike offered us support and guidance and thoroughly walked us through all the options on our new Defender (and there are a lot of options). He purposely took time to set up the remote start app on our cell phones…without his help the process would have been hopeless. We returned a few days later to get a few of our additional questions answered which Mike — once again — took the time to address thoroughly. In addition, we dealt with Valerie on the finance side, who was a delight to deal with. The showroom is clean, professional and speaks to the luxury brand. We are very pleased with our decision to purchase the Defender and with dealing with Jaguar Land Rover Minneapolis. More
