After visiting another dealership for another manufacturer, I had to give significant consideration between two different vehicles at two different dealerships. The experience at Sanders Ford was completely transparent and straightforward. After my experience at the other dealership, I very much appreciated the transparency, which ultimately led to my purchase of a new F-150. The other vehicle I had considered buying offered many of the same features, but there were so many fees hidden in the cost of the vehicle, and when asking the salesman at the other dealership, they were very secretive about their business practices, which led me to not trust them. This was not the case at Sanders Ford. I won’t hesitate to do business with them again in the future and would happily refer my friends and family to them. More

Sales associate was nice, straight forward and did everything she could to help us. The finance department associate was extremely rude, hateful and unkind. We were warned that she was like this by sa everything she could to help us. The finance department associate was extremely rude, hateful and unkind. We were warned that she was like this by sales associates on the lot. She rushed us away and then made mistakes on our check that messed up our whole purchase process. When she was made to call an apologize she apologized for “our misunderstanding” and not her actions. to this day there has been no real apology from the individual. Her disregard for us costed us time and money. My family has purchased multiple vehicles from Sanders over the years. They are an old institution in town and used to treat people with integrity, that is no longer the case. We will never be back. More

Used AutoFi and was told that the wrong numbers were in the system so I pretty much had to start the process over when I arrived. The car I selected wasn’t the car that was brought to me, I thought I could the system so I pretty much had to start the process over when I arrived. The car I selected wasn’t the car that was brought to me, I thought I could do the process online and just pick up the vehicle and ended up staying there for hours hungry. It was a terrible experience. I had a newborn at home. I didn’t want to stay long, that’s why I tried to get the process done online before coming in. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I keep getting messages saying to give a rating I thought I was doing a favor by not doing a rating. Everything was wrong with my experience. Why use AutoFi or have it attached to your website if it doesn’t work? Or is it just a trick to change the rates and what is bought once you get to the dealership. I wanted a fast and easy process. The rates were picked out, my lender was picked out already. And everything changed once I got to the dealership. It was horrible. I still don’t believe that the AutoFi had the wrong numbers i think the dealership just wanted to upsell once I got in. How is it possible that AutoFi “quoted the wrong rates?” More
