MISREPRESENTATION! !!! First let me say our salesman Serge was the best of the worst of our experience. Serge brought light to our horrible experience. We spent two week !!! First let me say our salesman Serge was the best of the worst of our experience. Serge brought light to our horrible experience. We spent two weeks sending documents, speaking to the salesman, and David (sales manager). We even sent a picture of the cashiers check with the VIN #. We sent our flight itinerary a week in advance and arrange the entire purchase of the vehicle. After arriving at the dealership we asked to see the vehicle we had arranged to purchase, THE CAR WAS MISSING. After an hour of waiting we are told the car was in the body shop for bumper work. WHEN WERE DAVID OR BRIAN or any sales manager going to DISCLOSE to us that the car had body damage. CLEAR MISREPRESENTATION!!! After a very long day and several hours in two airports starting at 4am, we WASTED another 6 hours in the dealership. NOT ONLY WERE WE NOT TOLD ABOUT THE DAMAGE TO THE CAR- we were not told that our salesman WAS FIRED TWO DAYS BEFORE OUR FLIGHT. WE walked into MASS CONFUSION. THEN BRIAN tried to push the damaged car on us with an offer of dinner and to pay for our hotel to continue to purchase a car whose damage was not disclosed. We were STUCK in Orlando WITHOUT a return flight because we thought we MADE an HONEST DEAL beforehand. After Brian found the cars location, he told us the misrepresented damaged car will be ready the next day at 4pm. We had planned to leave the next morning, but the vehicle wouldn’t be ready until 4 the next day- they received our flight itinerary a week in advance .NEEDLESS to say after a 16 HR day in airport and the dealership we had only eaten once and were exhausted and Brian kept playing games and insulting our intelligence. WITH MAJOR HESITATION AND RESISTANCE from BRIAN we finally made a deal on ANOTHER VEHICLE for our daughter. As mentioned earlier Serge our new salesman’s who was thrown into this mess was great! All of the management we dealt with displayed RECKLESS DISREGARD for the inconvenience they cause my husband and I during this pre-buying experience. On AUTONATION WEBSITE it states “ To be an industry leader, you have to do the small things in a big way, and they’ve all added up to the highest reputation score in auto retail for AutoNation. We are America’s most admired automotive retailer. It’s all because our Associates deliver a Customer experience beyond compare. That means you can always count on AutoNation to take care of your needs, whether you’re buying a vehicle or servicing the one you have. After all, the small things make the difference between a good visit and a great one.” AUTONATION DID NOT TAKE CARE OF OUR NEEDS. It was the BIG MISREPRESENTATION and SMALL HIDDEN THINGS that made our experience HORRIBLE! And to add to insult the GENERAL MANAGER DIDNT HAVE TIME TO HANDLE OR MAKE CONCESSIONS FOR US! More
