I will be fairly brief but absolutely truthful while explaining the facts and the horrible experience we had. I bought a 2020 X5 on 6/30/2024. Cody LeBlanc, our client advisor, was courteous, respectf explaining the facts and the horrible experience we had. I bought a 2020 X5 on 6/30/2024. Cody LeBlanc, our client advisor, was courteous, respectful, personable and helpful. We do not hesitate to recommend him. Our issues and problems encountered were with the finance manager, Kevin Hine, and the CPO sales manager, Reid Tulley. The following four discussion points are what produced a one-star rating review from us: 1. Kevin Hine tried exerting the typical high-pressure sales tactics to purchase a very exorbitant warranty/maintenance package that averaged about $600+ a month for the next 5 to 6 years! He called it "educating" clients which, of course, is laughable. As he started his 3rd attempt to sell it to me, I stopped him firmly and reminded him that up to now I have been polite. He was visibly upset with me but clearly, he got the message. 2. Regarding the financing offers, Mr. Hine tried to get me to sign up for a 6.75% APR for a 60-month term! I explained to him that I have excellent credit, which he verified, and that I was in for the Special Financing offer of 5.74% up to 36 months. He tells me he doesn't know of any type of offer like that at this dealership. So, I had to literally show him where it was on the Tulley website on HIS computer, specifically under CPO specials (current offer is 4.99% APR up to 36 months) for all 2019-2022 CPO models. Either he is truly clueless and unaware of this special financing, which is sad & disappointing for a finance manager, or worse he's simply a liar. 3. At this point, Mr. Hine doesn't know what to do so he brings in the CPO sales manager Reid Tulley. Mr. Tulley tells me that I'm not eligible because we put the X5 ownership into a family trust and that is considered a business. Is he seriously trying to pull this xxxxxxxxx on me! I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Moreover, there is nothing mentioned on the website that a family trust or a business are ineligible for this type of special financing offer. At this point I had been there for more than 4 hours and agreed to a 6.15% APR for a 36-month term knowing I had planned to pay off the loan in full within 3-4 months anyway. 4. Mr. Tulley & Mr. Hine then proceeded to tell me about a "gentleman's agreement", i.e. a handshake, to not prepay and pay off the loan early, meaning less than 6 months, or the dealership will be negatively impacted financially. Based on the treatment I received from these two individuals, I couldn’t be more incentivized now and will ensure that this loan is 100% paid off within 3 months of the purchase date. I’ve been buying BMW’s from Tulley for 25 years now. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. This was my second time working with Gloria Prosper, and like the first time she was terrific. What a pleasure it was to work with Gloria Prosper. I had very specific requirements for the features that I was looking for. I was a real pain. She was diligent in locating exactly what I was looking for and called me in for a test drive. She carefully explained that I could have this custom-built, but there would be a long-time delay. The car she found had it all. Then, of course, there was a discussion about cost, extras, etc. Val Goldenberg came over and made the whole deal work. Being out of state, I thought I would have to do a lot of running around. Nope. They took care of the whole process. Gloria called when it was all registered, etc, and said, "Pick it up." Of course, all of these new features were a bit overwhelming, but Nathan Emerson (the BMW "Genius") was quite patient with me and got me up and running. Just a great experience, and the car is wonderful. PS Kudos to Carl Denton in service who had been a great help with my previous BMW and also gave me a few pointers on this new one. More

This review is a little overdue. I’ve had my new BMW X3, my very first BMW, since May 2023. I had never stepped into a BMW dealership before and was in the back of my mind expe I’ve had my new BMW X3, my very first BMW, since May 2023. I had never stepped into a BMW dealership before and was in the back of my mind expecting perhaps a hard sell. Going into Tulley was the best decision I made. There was no pressure at all and everyone was wonderful to work with. Kyle Baxter was my sales consultant. He was fabulous with answering all of my questions and when he wasn’t sure of something it was never an issue. The Tulley team works as a team and he got me the answers that I needed. Last year, the X3’s were in short supply, so I had to take a car that was already on its way in. Kyle worked with me to find a car that met my needs, features, and color, and worked a great deal for me. Working with Kyle, Val Goldenberg, the sales manager, and Jake Dolliver, the Finance Consultant, I got a great deal on my trade-in, financing, and warranty service package. They really went the distance, and bent over a little backwards to help me figure out that I could really afford a BMW! Once the order was in, Kyle stayed on top of it to keep me posted on when the car would arrive. I could call, text, or email any of these guys and always got answers in response. I’m a technology guy and appreciate well executed implementations. The BMW's are very advanced automobiles and the have the latest connectivity features. For me, an Android guy, this was really important and was part of the decision that drove me to look at the BMW X3. My previous car worked ok with my Android phone but the X3 takes it to another level. The integration is great and very easy to use. But to understand all of that, I was able to enlist the help of the Tulley BMW Genius team. Zach Dirsa answered my technical questions and got me answers when he wasn’t sure. He also did my car delivery and helped me get it set up to drive off the delivery floor. I have since talked to other members of the Genius Team and they are all very good and willing to help at any time. As you have read, I used the term “team” a bunch of times in this review. Tulley really is a team effort. They are always there to help the customer. The support from the sales and support team didn’t end when they handed me the keys. I know that if I have an issue they will step up to help me. Whenever I walk into the showroom for one reason or another, I'm always greeted with smiles and usually by name. They make me feel at home there. Now almost a year later I will be bringing my X3 in for my first service. I expect that I will have the same level of support from the Service Department as I had from the Sales and Support Teams. All in all, I love my BMW X3 and pinch myself when I open the door to the garage and see the X3 sitting there. I never thought I would own one. It drives like a dream and has everything I need to make the drive safe, comfortable, and a pleasure every time I drive it. If you have never thought that you could afford a BMW luxury car, take a walk into Tulley and let them help you figure out how to make that dream happen. You might be pleasantly surprised as I was. I have bought multiple cars from Tulley BMW over the last 25 years. I have probably bought 15 cars from Val Goldberg , Joe Macintosh and crew over the years. Val is a gentleman through and through. He builds personal relationships with his customers and treats them with respect and appreciation. He goes above and beyond to accommodate his customers. I have never been disappointed. So much so all of my children have bought cars from Val. I can’t speak highly enough of him. He treats us all like family. It’s a tough act to follow given the difficult nature of the job. Buying a car can be an emotionally charged experience but Val makes it easy. Joe Macintosh is our go to client advisor. He is an amazing young man. He doesn’t engage in any high pressure sales tactics. He is responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and more than anything makes you comfortable with the whole process. I would not go to any other dealership if you are in the market for a BMW. More

I can’t say enough about the experience I had this past Saturday 6/10 while my purchasing my new BMW. The general sales manager Val Goldenberg and I chatted it up a few times, you’ll always see him flying around the showroom making sure everyone is enjoying their experience. Whenever I’m in the market, there’s no place that I’d rather give my business and the same will go when it’s time for a new one.
