I'm always greeted warmly, quickly connected with my service advisor, and either provided with a loaner or offered to wait in a clean and welcoming waiting area. I'm currently considering the purchase of a new or CPO Mercedes convertible. I've been working with Vadim Russu of the Sales & Leasing department, who has been excellent in every regard. He's kind, courteous, knowledgeable, flexible, and attentive without pressure. His manager, Donnie Moore, also provides warm welcoming service. I've enjoyed the process, which is a very pleasant exception to the often stressful experience of car shopping.
