I apologize again- can you remember which service advisor it was? I am concerned about how it was handled. I understand your frustration and that you’d want to take it elsewhere to have the issue resolved (and I am glad your AC is now working) but I am appalled at how it was handled here. I’d like to know who it was so we can address it with the management team.

I understand- I am not saying an apology is sufficient for what you had to go through but if I had more details and could look up the vehicle I may be able to see why the CPO warranty did not cover the $1500- if it was missed during inspection then i want to work on fixing it any way I can. I bought the car and took it back twice because the a/c wasnt working. Your servise manager kept saying it was okay that you have to roll down the windows and let the car run for 10 minutes. Believe me that not only is insane but doesnt say to much about the car. Well I couldnt take it anymore and researched the problem and it wasnt just my car but other with the same same year had the problem also, compressor. I would never take it back to you so I had the work done by someone else. I wish instead of servise treating me like an idiot that they took care of the problem but they chose to go the cheap route and add freon. Now I have a/c but am out 1500 on a CPO car plus the travel time from Summerville to you.

I expected better from a Nissan Dealership since I've had Nissans since 1990. I will not buy one again and would never recommend Vaden. I'm still out $1,500 which is significant for me so apology not accepted.

Because I bought the car April 2018 but I feel your dealership did nothing to help. I told them about what I found on the internet about the compressor. They said they checked it and it was fine so why now that I replaced it I have no problem. They just didnt want to spend the time or money. Car doesnt even have 30,000 miles on it. I could go on about the lies I was told about the SD card that took a month for me to get and other minor things I had to do to this car but another $1,500 is the straw that broke my back.
