I've been coming to Emich nearing two decades and have honestly been frustrated at times, but through it all, the delivery of service and goods has always been top notch. Emich Chevrolet during every co honestly been frustrated at times, but through it all, the delivery of service and goods has always been top notch. Emich Chevrolet during every contact has been stellar in making sure I've been satisfied and it's not just a saying there, the customer does in fact come first. I just wish they sold GMC also, then I wouldn't have had to deal with the dealership I was so unfortunate to find. BUT Joe has made my life so much easier being able to offer compete assistance and intervening in warranty issues and Emich is now a lifelong friend and I will always be going there. More

So we have been dealing with Victor and he has been a blessing! I am an in the trades and have had a lot of issues with the other dealerships but Emich has really surprised me! He found a washer motor for the windshield when it is on backorder through the manufacturer and had it overnighted. Exceptional Service! More

Turn signal/brake light went out. Said part would be available in a couples days and would call. Weeks later, no call. This is second time we have dealt with this rep.
