Aventura Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram ATTN: General Manager Oren Cohen 2198 NE 163rd Street North Miami Beach, FL 33162 In re: 2022 Dodge Ram Truck, Vin 1C6RREJT6NN261296 Dear Mr. Cohen: My name is Bi Oren Cohen 2198 NE 163rd Street North Miami Beach, FL 33162 In re: 2022 Dodge Ram Truck, Vin 1C6RREJT6NN261296 Dear Mr. Cohen: My name is Billy Lynch, and as you may recall I purchased a New 2022 Dodge Ram Truck from your dealership on September 19, 2025. As was represented to me by the salesman Victor, although the truck was an earlier model year it was still a new vehicle and had no prior owners. When we discussed the vehicle, I was told by Victor that it was necessary to include a Lojack system with the truck even though I did not want or need this system. Notwithstanding, we agreed on the price and you delivered the truck to my home in Cape Coral. Upon receiving the truck, the first thing I noticed was that the truck had not been cleaned or detailed, and was not really presenting as a new vehicle. This was, to say the least, disappointing and not expected. More concerning, I noticed several scratches on the doors of the truck that will require repair. More concerning still was the driveability of the truck. In the las week of Septmber I notified you via a phone call that the truck was driving poorly, and there was a dangerous shaking and shimmying of the vehicle when operated. As you requested, I brought the truck to a local affiliated dealership in Cape Coral and they inspected the vehicle and determined that the tires were misshapen and warped, and were not in working condition. I was then informed that there was nothing they would be willing to do to correct this defect. As I am sure you are fully aware, it is not uncommon for tires to get “out of shape” and defective if they are installed on a car that is not used regularly, rendering them unusable and unsafe. I believe this is exactly what has happened. Since the vehicle was new in 2022 but never used, the truck sat for over 3 years without use and therefore the weight of the vehicle caused the tires to become malformed. They were not in working order when I received the truck from your dealership, and I have only driven roughly 700 miles since receiving the vehicle. The shaking while driving has been present since I first received the vehicle. Under Florida Law, this condition renders the vehicle unsafe and unusable, and substantially impairs my ability to safely use the truck. I am requesting that you repair this condition by replacing the tires with new tires that are identical or comparable in quality. In addition, I am asking that you repair the door scratches and that you provide for a detail service of the car. Finally, please be advised that I have yet to receive any final Bill of Sale for the vehicle. I paid for the vehicle via wire transfer on September 19, 2025 so there is no financing or other impediment to issuing me the final Bill of Sale. Please forward to me the Bill of Sale forthwith.
