I appreciated his continued contact and checking in during that time as various vehicles became available. The timing proved to be right in late February when a 2022 red CRV EX became available. Dominick's associate, Umesh, provided an opportunity for a test drive which helped seal the deal. During the purchasing process Dominick was helpful and friendly, and I appreciated his low-key , yet very competent and knowledgeable approach. As a female buyer, I also greatly appreciated his refraining from "mansplaining" things to me during the process. I had had some previous experiences with older male salespersons while car shopping, and I did not appreciate being talked to in a way that implied I was an unworthy or ignorant customer. Before I drove my new vehicle off the lot Dominick provided a tutorial on the various "bells and whistles" I now had at my fingertips with my 2022 model, which I found very helpful since I had previously been driving an older vehicle. I would highly recommend Valley Honda. Dominick and the rest of the staff I had contact with made the purchase of a new vehicle a very pleasant and positive experience! More
