Came in to fix a serious issue where the gas valve was no shutting off and after the click gas was coming back out. Spent 2 hours waiting for it to be fixed and was told it was fixed. I then later in the wee shutting off and after the click gas was coming back out. Spent 2 hours waiting for it to be fixed and was told it was fixed. I then later in the week go to fill my tank up and the PROBLEM IS STILL THERE. It does not seem that it was even checked to be fixed properly. This could cause serious injury if there is fire or a spark when this occurs. Called to make another appointment and I was told that the Master Technician does not work weekends. More

Was told my car would be ready within 8 days. 3 weeks later I finally get a call that it was ready. I never received a single call within that 3 weeks. I had to call multiple times for updates and one of the first calls I made to check on the status, they hadn’t done anything at all and probably would’ve taken longer if I hadn’t made those calls. Been coming back every six months since I purchased my 2021 Telluride in May 2021. Time spent in the dealership has gotten longer each time I bring my vehicle in. Understanding that the turnover rate is t 2021 Telluride in May 2021. Time spent in the dealership has gotten longer each time I bring my vehicle in. Understanding that the turnover rate is tremendously high there, and retainability is predicated on positive customer reviews, I feel as though Fiesta should make a better effort at hiring on qualified technicians to speed the processes up somewhat. Spending 3 to 5 hours at the dealership for routine maintenance is unacceptable. More
