I had the BEST customer service from Tyrone and his team! I called from out of town and arrived in time for his team to review the possible problem and determine that diagnostics looked good and offered an o I called from out of town and arrived in time for his team to review the possible problem and determine that diagnostics looked good and offered an option to double check it. I did that and the problem was solved, the team was super friendly, respectful, even with my energetic dog. I felt very well taken care of and couldn't ask for more! More

Disappointed in communication in response oil change & tire rotation. Quoted 1.5 hours, and was there 3. I wasn't notified or checked in with when exceeding the 1.5 hours. I have visited multiple Kia S tire rotation. Quoted 1.5 hours, and was there 3. I wasn't notified or checked in with when exceeding the 1.5 hours. I have visited multiple Kia Services throughout the US, and honestly I was really disappointed with the customer service and presence of employees at the entire dealership. I recommend the dealership for location, cleanliness and attractiveness of the dealership, but as for the sales and management department, communication and presence needs some work please. More

Tyronne was great. Patient and worked with me until all the repairs were complete to my satisfaction. The only I didn't like was the dealer charging me 3% to use my cre Patient and worked with me until all the repairs were complete to my satisfaction. The only I didn't like was the dealer charging me 3% to use my credit card to pay. I tried to use debit but couldn't get that to work so I was stuck with the surcharge on a large expense. More
