Not sure why the survey asked about Tyrone Miller, he's the sales manager from my understanding but never saw him. Joe Alexander was our sales manager. Very personable sales member, knew his information the sales manager from my understanding but never saw him. Joe Alexander was our sales manager. Very personable sales member, knew his information and if he didn't he went out of his way to find the answer. The one bad thing we experienced was the quality he detail shop put into the car, the windshield was full of streaks and covered in a haze, there were drips of something down both doors, the surfaces inside the car had a hazy film to them. I asked to get the car wash package you offer as part of our sales deal, was told no, now I'm kinda glad seeing the quality they put into it. More

I have had nothing but problems trying to reach Mike Hammond and Tyrone since purchasing my car, I requested a copy of the car Inspection and was told by Tyrone he would mail it, I Never received it, th Hammond and Tyrone since purchasing my car, I requested a copy of the car Inspection and was told by Tyrone he would mail it, I Never received it, this Inspection was to let me know that the vehicle was throughly Inspected, The Engine and Transmission a full inspection and I haven’t heard back from Anyone, I’ve called and left several messages for Mike and Tyrone to set and appt. for a I owe You. Terrible Business. More
