AWESOME! !!!! My wife's 80 year old Mother decided to give up driving and we needed to sell her vehicle. We went through KBB which provided a list of dealershi !!!! We went through KBB which provided a list of dealerships in the area that were interested in buying the vehicle. Younger Nissan was one of the dealerships. We received a call from them the same day and set up an appointment to get an estimate. Before going to Younger Nissan we visited another prominent dealership in Frederick that we had purchased our last vehicles from and we weren't very impressed. They offered us about $2000 under the value provided by KBB. I understand they need to make money but... Additionally they seemed very reluctant to negotiate. Back to Younger Nissan. We were greeting promptly for our scheduled meeting by friendly staff. After gathering information about the vehicle and a quick inspection we received an offer that exceeded the KBB fair market value and beat the other dealership by $2500! Every member of the staff we worked with was friendly, professional and genuine. It was an awesome experience. In addition since my Wife's Mother is elderly, they brought all the paperwork to her home! When there was an issue with the Title, they helped her contact the company that held the original title so that she could get it sorted. Talk about going the extra mile for customer service!!! I loved the home delivery and that the gentlemen came to my home for an appraisal on my old vehicle. The process was simple as can be not to mention how kind everyone was especially when i wanted a differen my home for an appraisal on my old vehicle. I have had fantastic experiences with everyone involved. I looked at Kelly Blue Book value and went there. They gave me an appraisal for my husband's 2013 Hyundai and I sold it to them.
