Our salesperson Tyrie did well. He was hampered by the inferior performance of the management team. After purchasing the most expensive car that Lexus offers at full sticker price, He was hampered by the inferior performance of the management team. After purchasing the most expensive car that Lexus offers at full sticker price, the Sales Manager that worked with us, Roman, did not even acknowledge me the next day while we waited for our vehical. He passed me and my wife several times standing in the entry of the dealership. A poorly written email was received two days later from the General Manager. At the end of the email, he asked if there was anything he could help with. I asked three questions that he has, to this day, never responded to. More
