Had a great experience at Cutter getting our 2014 Fusion serviced. Setup the appointment online and got the call confirmation a few days later. Reggie Padilla was our salesperson. He was courteous and knowledgeable and took very good care of us. He was patient when working out the financing with us and his bosses and we didn't feel pressured at al knowledgeable and took very good care of us. He was patient when working out the financing with us and his bosses and we didn't feel pressured at all. We were really impressed with this young man who happens to be a former service member and Veteran. Ernie Salazar closed out the sale for us and really fought to give us the best deal. This is the fourth Ford we have bought and we love our new Ford Escape! More
