Very professional dealership I drove a little bit out of my way because I wanted a particular vehicle, the Chevy Traverse Redline Edition in silver, and this dealership had just g I drove a little bit out of my way because I wanted a particular vehicle, the Chevy Traverse Redline Edition in silver, and this dealership had just got it in stock. I started off with through the internet and was given the salesperson, Tyler Zuchowski. Tyler gave me a good price for the vehicle over the phone and when the vehicle got in, I made the hour and half drive to this dealership. Tyler was very professional and upfront, which I greatly appreciated. I was happy with the price I got over the phone so the only thing we had to work out was my trade. It only took one back and forth and the deal was done. Tyler had the vehicle cleaned up and I am very happy with the vehicle. I then went to finance office and worked with Cathy Wilson. Cathy was fun to talk to and gave me the options that were available after getting me a better rate than what Chevy Financial was offering. She was not pushy in any way for the extra insurances that were offered. That part got done and I was done with the deal in probably under three hours which was very good. The only suggestion I would make for this dealership is to update the finance process with making it more digital instead of so much paperwork. I have bought a vehicle over eight years ago from another dealership and even at that time they had it digital and the process was even faster. This is not a gripe, just a suggestion. I would gladly come back and make the drive to come back to this dealership. One added bonus that they include that I wish I lived closer to take advantage of is that they cover services for the oil change and the rotation of the tires. I was very pleased and happy with the whole process and this dealership. One note for Tyler, please, don't ever change your sales style. You were professional and upfront the whole time. You did not play games and you tried to help as much as possible for every rebate you could find for me. I have been buying cars for 30 years and you were the best by far. I want to thank you personally for making this buying experience the best. Thank you again! More
