Rusty Wooten did not try to sell extended warranties, but he explained the warranties in a way that was easy to understand. For peace of mind, I made the decision on my own to buy the Major Guard extended warranty (6 years or 100,000 miles). Brittany Anderson did a great job in explaining the functionality of each and every button in my truck to us. Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to get along with.
