Tyler, the salesman was nice. The manager was knowledgeable and helpful. The experience was lost when we got to the finance person and the attitude we received due to my husband i The manager was knowledgeable and helpful. The experience was lost when we got to the finance person and the attitude we received due to my husband immediately saying he did not want to purchase any extra warranties. (With explanation we already provided the sale’s man and manager) The finance man was so annoyed by my husband’s directness and unwillingness to listen to his sales pitch that he was cold, very rude, and even forgot to take our deposit for the vehicle. He ruined the entire buying experience. My mom has bought multiple cars here and sent us because of how great her experience was. Our experience did not compare to hers. More

Context: I live 1 hour from the dealership, so communication was remote. Ultimately this dealer was unwilling to negotiate on a used vehicle, and jacked around with me for several days to conv communication was remote. Ultimately this dealer was unwilling to negotiate on a used vehicle, and jacked around with me for several days to convince me that they had the lowest rate possible. On the day that we were getting close to a deal (Saturday), Tyler Whiteford went to go get approval from a manager (right around closing time), and promised to call back with an update shortly. I waited over an hour for a call. I ultimately didn't hear back from him until Monday. He tried to get me to pay $1,500 for the "Wood Care Package". This is an extended powertrain warranty. I declined because with where we live, I would have voided the terms in a matter of months (read the fine print folks, its there to set you up for failure). When I asked that this be removed, they tried to convince me that this was the "dealer fee", and that the warranty is a "free perk". I looked at the detailed printout of fees, and there was already an "Admin Fee" listed for $500 dollars, and the "Wood Care Package" was listed as "Added Equipment". Tyler and the Wood team are deceptive and dishonest. Go elsewhere. We did, and saved $20,000 on the same model. More
