After a few months of procrastinating, I finally made an appointment to get my new Forester. I had previously purchased an Outback from Becker Subaru. Your local internet team answered my many questions bef appointment to get my new Forester. I had previously purchased an Outback from Becker Subaru. Your local internet team answered my many questions before my appointment. When I pulled up Marshall Winston was standing outside to welcome me. We sat down and went over exactly what I wanted and did not want in my vehicle. I little while later he came back with the exact vehicle for me. We went for a test drive and I fell in love. I could not believe the smooth ride and all the bells and whistles I did not expect. While we sat in the dealership everyone who walked by said hello and welcome. Marshall took me on a tour of the dealership. I like the fact that I can come in and get my oil changed with no appointment. Every Manager I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and nice. More

I thought it would be a giant pain in the butt to buy a car on line. As it turned out the process might have been easier then in person. I worked with Craig a sales manager & Tyler a financial rep. both we car on line. As it turned out the process might have been easier then in person. I worked with Craig a sales manager & Tyler a financial rep. both were very helpful. Most importantly neither one of them made me feel less important because i do not do well with computers. I have an awesome car & got a really good deal. More

Worth the trip if they're not in your backyard I knew I wanted a Subaru and there aren't any dealers close to my house. The closest dealer is about a half hour away, and Ciocca is almost twice as f I knew I wanted a Subaru and there aren't any dealers close to my house. The closest dealer is about a half hour away, and Ciocca is almost twice as far; I went there because they seemed to have the most inventory on their lots, from which I'd be likely to find the Subaru for me. The dealer was pretty busy when I arrived, and yet they made me feel welcome right away. I ended up finding the exact car I wanted, and they made the deal too good to walk away. I probably spent less than two hours at the dealership start to finish—the most difficult part of buying a car was figuring out how to get it home! More

lack of communication. sent a finance application to dealer, got confirmation. 3 days after no response i called the dealer, set up a meeting to test drive the next day. dea sent a finance application to dealer, got confirmation. 3 days after no response i called the dealer, set up a meeting to test drive the next day. dealership called at 9pm and sold the car. terrible customer service, and the finance department was of no help. 10/10 would NOT recommend. More
