Overall I was treated well. Yet, there was a great lack of communication & understanding concerning the ability to be able to obtain a local cashier check for the purchase of a Yet, there was a great lack of communication & understanding concerning the ability to be able to obtain a local cashier check for the purchase of a vehicle for out of state buyers. This lack of knowledge caused me to wait at least 5 extra hours (waiting for my wire transfer to go through). Also, I was told that the running boards would be installed at the factory. They were not. I was also told that the running boards would be installed shortly while I was waiting for the wire transfer to go through. There were no running boards available to install. So there certainly was a lack of knowledge & understanding among the dealership. Yet, I was treated kind and with respect. Though the whole purchasing process was very stressful & extremely delayed, I would return to Byers Toyota. More
