there told me oh yea code 99 is not ready yet. He did not even check my car for which version I had. I don't want to name names but clearly he didn't want to work on my car and I didn't want to waste my time there and wait forever for the service. I wrote a complain on their website and got a message on my phone an hour later with a message of trying to sell me a car, I laughed. I blame the owner or upper manager for this, it seems that they don't care anymore.
