I am very dissatisfied with how Larry H. Miller handles service. First, when you call, they encourage you to get a link sent to you to make an appointment online. Second, when you make an appointment, that doesn't mean they are going to look at your vehicle at that time. They wanted me to leave the vehicle for over a week before they could look at it and evaluate it. I thought the whole purpose of making an appointment was to have the vehicle evaluated at that time. I couldn't just leave my vehicle with them for 7 days before they would even look at it. That is a terrible way to do business. More

Each time I come in for service, whether it's scheduled or emergency, Tyler has always been such a big help! He breaks down everything that needs to happen and the why of it. He's even gone as far to sit with me (and all my questions) so I could better track and compile data (for my own use) to estimate and plan for future service. I am completely at ease when I take my car in to him, because I know all the necessary issues will be handled accordingly and within budget. More
