Ordered a car and when I called to inquire for status updates no one was ever available to talk, and no one would ever call me back. Day after day after day of repeated calls and repeated promises of a updates no one was ever available to talk, and no one would ever call me back. Day after day after day of repeated calls and repeated promises of a call back and never a response. Months later, my exact vehicle was inbound and the dealer finally contacted me (first time mind you after months of trying to get in touch with them) to offer me the car, but wouldn't give it to me at the agreed upon price per my order paperwork signed by the sales manager, and instead insisted on a large market adjustment. Ridiculous. I'm not one to write reviews, and a lot of the times when I see reviews like this claiming absurd business practices I think the people writing them are probably a bit crazy, but here I am.. More

After inquiring about a car, I was harassed with phone calls, text messages, and emails for a week. I finally made an appointment to go see the car, even called 10 minutes before getting there. Waited for calls, text messages, and emails for a week. I finally made an appointment to go see the car, even called 10 minutes before getting there. Waited for over an hour, never even got to see the vehicle because they claimed they lost the keys to the car. The guy helping me told me the manager had the keys and he was bringing them right over. Said it would be a couple minutes. Then after at least 45 minutes and walking through the used cars outside I was approached by the sales guy and a manager only to be told they lost the keys. Then I was offered a tank of gas if I came back to look at the car once they got the keys. Considering I drove almost an hour I should of been offered that tank of gas then and there. Fortunately I didn’t get the car, and realized right then that’s not where I want to do business. More
