He was knowledgeable about each model in helping us find the right one. He communicated with follow-ups between visits with texts and emails, as requested, without being pushy...just good salesman work. We did homework on all of their competitor products and halfway through, we realized O'Daniel and their Mazda vehicles were superior. I now check out other SUV's around me and say to myself "I'm driving a Mazda, too bad you're driving that". Thanks to the O'Daniel Mazda support team.
