Unprofessional, unorganized, dishonesty, awful communication and more. We purchased a camaro from them and it was delivered but the oil was not changed yet the oil life was reset. Also after the sell, Tyler communication nearly ceased when addressed about the follow up status on the reimbursement check sent out via USPS regular mail that ended up being lost yet the dealership saw more urgency in sending out two documents for signatures that they forgot about they sent it ups overnight. The service department reset the engine oil life on an almost $50,000 Camaro and did not perform the actual oil change service that's not good at all it's very untrustworthy thing to do and shows how much they actually care about a customer post sell for things they neglected. They could have easily gotten away with the wrongdoing if we didn't know about it but we are a family with many Chevy including previous Camaros. They should have sent the check overnight just the same as they did the other documents but it shows their true colors. There will be reviews and a video warning other potential customers to simply beware of this. That is unacceptable to reset oil life and not actually do the service on someone's almost $50,000 vehicle or even if it was a $2,000 vehicle, don't reset oil life without changing the fluids just to try to save time and money when they still were caught up in this situation. It's not right. So we are still awaiting the reissue of the check which should be even more than the $139 reimbursement just for the inconvenience and awaiting for a small minor piece that was missing from over the strut which has no reason to have been missing from a car with only 1k miles at the time. Mr. Derrick Strickland and Mr. Tyler were our points of contact and things changed after they received our money and delivered the car. Will not be letting my Corvette and Camaro and Silverado loving friends do business here as I previously thought I would. Was even planning to buy another vehicle from them but after what they did to us, we will not be recommending them. Losing documents on a remote deal and needing more documents signed two weeks after the deal was done and bank check was cashed is ridiculous. Then to have Tyler tell me if a $5 dust cover for strut tower will keep them from getting a negative review they will do it is unacceptable when u should be motivated to get the part because it's the right thing to do. The biggest problem is resetting engine oil life and not performing the work makes us wander how many times this dealership has done this which is why we are going to share this info on social media because nobody deserves to have this happen to them especially how expensive things are these days. More

Whole experience was great and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Derek, Cody, and Tyler made sure everything was done before I arrived as I was coming in after work all the way from Alpharetta. The only issue I had is they had a your model newer than my Chevrolet Equinox I purchased a 2017 the same night an alert came up with a 2018 I asked if we could come up with something on a trade to the 2018 my Chevrolet Equinox I purchased a 2017 the same night an alert came up with a 2018 I asked if we could come up with something on a trade to the 2018 even in the LS trim have just a few more modern features more similar to the 2017 Malibu I was replacing after a deer hit me. The guy that sold the 2017 Equinox was even a little sarcastic with me. That's my only gripe I'm still not happy with that my Facebook and social media friends will know as well. More

From the moment we walked in and we’re greeted until the ending with the purchase of our 2024 Malibu it was completely hassle free and enjoyed the whole car buying experience with not going back and forth w ending with the purchase of our 2024 Malibu it was completely hassle free and enjoyed the whole car buying experience with not going back and forth with a sales manager. Everything was good ‘till we got to discuss the financial stuff. The person who assist me never asked me or provided advice about any package or additional fee (which are optionals) and he included two warra stuff. I drove from 5 hours away to purchase a very specific unit from their used car department. I called in and asked to speak to a manager because of the drive - I wanted to ensure the truck would still be unit from their used car department. I called in and asked to speak to a manager because of the drive - I wanted to ensure the truck would still be available upon my arrival, that's when I first interacted with Derek S. Derek S. ensured that the truck would be pulled out front and that he would have the keys upon my arrival - he spoke very professionally and straight forward and didn't play any of the games other dealers are known for (probably because John Thornton Chevrolet is family owned). I purchased the truck and shook hands with Derek S. I have NEVER had such a positive experience at a dealership before. Bravo! More
