Went to look at a used truck. Truck looked good. Pulled the dipstick and it was .5qts below minimum. Dealer claimed that they did an oil change 2 weeks prior. Sales Manager said" T Truck looked good. Pulled the dipstick and it was .5qts below minimum. Dealer claimed that they did an oil change 2 weeks prior. Sales Manager said" Take it for a ride and see if the oil level comes up" as if the truck had magic oil in it and the oil level would rise 1.5 qts. Came back and pulled it inside. A guy came out of the service department and checked the oil and showed me the stick with the level still .5 its below minimum. Put my finger on the stick where oil should have been and put it in his face. Tyler, our salesman, was great but the having more than one person trying to scam me like I was too stupid to know that I was being lied to, insured that I will not be back there even if they are giving the vehicle away More
