The dealership was very busy, as it was a Saturday, but the employees at Kelly Nissan did what they could to minimize our waiting time while still taking the time to fully explain our purchase. There was an unexpected extra fee associated with the vehicle, that likely could have been mentioned to us prior to our coming in, but it was a minimal cost and there was also an unexpected rebate available that more than compensated for that extra cost. A maintenance plan was also mentioned to us by the salesperson, but was not brought up again during financing, as we had been told it would be. More
