Haven't even had my car 30 days and there have been so many problems. I've had to take my car back into echopark twice and both times they said they couldn't help me and sent me somewhere else. In the 29 many problems. I've had to take my car back into echopark twice and both times they said they couldn't help me and sent me somewhere else. In the 29 days I've had my car, I've been at the mechanic 5 times. Poor customer service after sale and HORRIBLE mechanics. Highly recommen taking the vehicle to a real mechanic before buying from them. More

A visit to our mechanic to check out the vehicle and he gave it a two thumbs up. He said it was a sweet deal. Very Happy with the vehicle, just what we were looking for, and Tyler for the way he took care of us. BTW, the coffee machine is the bomb! I want one. More

It was our first time at Echo Park in Colorado Springs. The appointment process is very convenient. We were greeted by very courteous and helpful agent. Tyler explained the whole buying process to us and the manager followed up while the vehicle was brought out for us to test drive. We looked at two SUVs and came back the next day and purchased the one we liked the most. Tyler even brought both of them out for a side by side. I will recommend Echo Park and Tyler to anyone looking for great deal. More

pleased with the sales team and technology updates for the deal on the Palisade. We could not close the transaction,however, as my bank was closed for the holiday. We will return within the 8 day window t the deal on the Palisade. We could not close the transaction,however, as my bank was closed for the holiday. We will return within the 8 day window to finalize the total payment. Expect that the vehicle will have a full tank of gas, be washed, and all systems checked out by the time we return. Also, towing capability was a bit misleading, as no receiver is installed. Overall, Im pleased with the experience. Thank You More
