I contacted Fairfield Ford (online) after being referred to them by one of the former owners of Fitzpatrick Lambert Ford in Dushore, PA. I was then contacted by the salesperson. Jen made sure of the e to them by one of the former owners of Fitzpatrick Lambert Ford in Dushore, PA. I was then contacted by the salesperson. Jen made sure of the exact vehicle and options that I wanted. I was VERY PICKY. I wanted to get the exact options I wanted. I told her what I wanted, and she found THAT vehicle available at another dealership. It would have been a “done deal” about a week sooner; but the other dealership apparently wasn’t in a hurry to return the calls from Fairfield. It took about a week longer than it had to, since the other dealer’s sales manager was too busy to respond. But ultimately, the vehicle was obtained from that dealer; and I was able to make my purchase. This is my first Ford product in 12 years; and so far I am very pleased. I feel that the other dealership seemed to make unnecessary delays. But I have nothing but good things to say about Fairfield Ford. I’m enjoying my new Maverick Lariat! THANK YOU! More

But I had to wait a long time to do my paperwork and for the car to be prepped. I even gave a heads up the Friday prior that I would be in on Monday for the car. The car is also not as clean as it could be for sending it home with a new buyer. The back hatch and the front seats and dash all could have been cleaned much better. There are scratches at the handle on the drivers side from finger nails scratches that need buffed. I did get a Black Friday discount, but any other efforts for a deal or upgrade were denied. More
