Although my car buying experience went easily enough the day of, my experience has been nothing but issue after issue since I left the dealership. My car was stolen less than 24 hours after leaving the deal day of, my experience has been nothing but issue after issue since I left the dealership. My car was stolen less than 24 hours after leaving the dealership, despite the salesperson’s assurance that my make and model wouldn’t be affected by the Kia theft issue. They delayed starting the new title paperwork, forcing me to pay out of pocket for transportation because insurance won’t pay me until they receive the new title. I know the dealership didn’t steal my car, but I was told theft wouldn’t affect the car I was considering and ultimately bought - to have my car stolen so soon and with no extra help from the dealership has soured me on the Morrie’s experience. More
