I have been purchasing Mercedes-Benz cars since 2000 and being in Colorado since March 2021 I found myself at the Mercedes-Benz of Colorado Springs Dealership in August of 23' Since that time I have purchas being in Colorado since March 2021 I found myself at the Mercedes-Benz of Colorado Springs Dealership in August of 23' Since that time I have purchased and traded 9 Mercedes Vehicles. The experience at this dealership and specifically with Joshua has never been anything other than exceptional. Joshua is knowledgeable about his product; passionate about the brand and truly cares about the customer. Don't take it the wrong way when Joshua almost seems to not care if you buy a car, he has 0 pressure and is there to show you what you are looking for; help you make that decision if you don't know and educate you about the brand. He wont always show you the most expensive car he will take you to what makes sense for your budget, family needs, how long you intend on keeping the car and other factors. Joshua takes the time to learn who you are and what you are about. A vehicle like a Mercedes-Benz is a very unique individual thing and should express the personality, needs and vision of its buyer. Joshua has a very unique gift in helping you make the right decision. For myself as an educated Mercedes-Benz enthusiast its more about perhaps filling me in on upcoming changes, helping order the next great addition to my garage and making the process as quick and painless as possible Joshua provides a very hands on approach from spending time during the selection / ordering process to hand delivering your car, picking it up at your home when its time for service; of course leaving behind another amazing car as a loaner. When you buy a car from Joshua you do so knowing that he and the dealership will do everything to insure that you are family. In today society service is really hard to find. That old School white glove treatment when buying something like a Mercedes-Benz seems to be a thing of the past; until you visit Mercedes of Colorado Springs where they bring that experience that brand deserves back to life.
