I have had many years of their service. However, I ended up waiting nearly two and a half hours to get my oil changed without any explanation. I was told this appointment would take roughly However, I ended up waiting nearly two and a half hours to get my oil changed without any explanation. I was told this appointment would take roughly one hour or so. I was incredibly patient and thanked them for the service, however, proper communication would have been appreciated given the circumstance that I waited at the dealership. Overall, I was just disappointed in the lack of communication given my patience and time spent waiting at the dealership. More
