This is my second purchase from Bozard Lincoln & this time it was a new 2022 Lincoln Corsair. I was very fortunate to get a great sales representative in John "Jack" Michie. Mr. Michie was great to wor time it was a new 2022 Lincoln Corsair. I was very fortunate to get a great sales representative in John "Jack" Michie. Mr. Michie was great to work with guiding me expertly through the whole process. I had a lot of questions & he provided me with all the answers. I have dealt with many sales reps in the past but Mr. Michie was the best in response time and in pointing out all the options that were available. He either called or texted me whenever I asked about the car or cars that I was interested in and was patient & helpful in my selection. I appreciate that he was there from beginning to end to make my purchase very enjoyable. I hope to do business with him again. I also would like to thank Tyler for all his excellent assistance in going over everything in my new Corsair & familiarizing me with the instrumentation and setting up my phone. He certainly knows the vehicle. I also would like to thank Morgan for all her assistance in the initial visit to Bozard Lincoln. She was sweet, knowledgeable, & very helpful in the Corsair screen presentation that got me interested in looking at a new Corsair. I received excellent service. They took the time to help get everything synced in the car. They gave me a nice thank you gift when we picked it up. Since we are from Minnesota and I was nervous about driving alone since my husband and I drove to Florida, Adrian texted me a couple days later to make sure I got home safely and had no issues. This my first time buying a car that I have experienced this level of customer service. Would highly recommend them. More
