Kate is the Internet sales consultan I have dealt with many dealers in Washington, Missouri and Massachusets, and Lou Fusz staff are really the best. Kate is the Internet sales consultant who has been very honest with prices and she offered down-to-earth quotes. She is also very patient with all my inquiries. Tyler followed up with the sales order for the past 2 months and has always been responsive with all my inquiries and clarifications on the production progress. Paul handled my car pick-up process and even spent extra 30 mins in my car to explain all the upgrades and went through the details of my car. All of their employees I met are straightforward with customers so you don't have to deal with the bluffing/deluding conversations that many dealers would do. I don't think other dealers in Missouri (and even other states) can match their price and customer service. More
