Me being a father safety and performance was a top priority in my search for a new vehicle. I communicated this to Yasser he went above and beyond to make sure that the A5 was the best fit for me and priority in my search for a new vehicle. I communicated this to Yasser he went above and beyond to make sure that the A5 was the best fit for me and my family's he took the time to explain the safety features and performance features of the vehicle in great detail, I appreciated Yasser's genuine knowledge for what I was looking for, which made my decision to purchase the A5 His service that he provided us was the best we had in purchasing a car the professionalism the care and his character he helped this entire car buying experience all the more satisfying and easy . We felt valued and respected through the entire process, and it is without a doubt in my mind that I made the right choice. I normally do not do reviews but I wanted to say that I had such a great experience with Yasser and Tyler at Fletcher Jones that I really wanted to. Normally the process of buying a car is a pain and I fo had such a great experience with Yasser and Tyler at Fletcher Jones that I really wanted to. Normally the process of buying a car is a pain and I found that these two really made the process easy and we drove off with the car we wanted and felt they took good care of us. Tyler Dawson is a fraudster. He not only did not give me a car, he fraudulently sent in the paperwork for Audi financing defrauding me of almost $60,000 for a car I never receive He not only did not give me a car, he fraudulently sent in the paperwork for Audi financing defrauding me of almost $60,000 for a car I never received. I spoke to his manager and received no help. Absolutely avoid Fletcher Jones and Tyler Dawson as if your life depends on it. More
