Joanne, Jo Jo as I like to call her, wrote up my vehicle with a smile. My vehicle’s oil was changed by a team of technicians to get my service done in a timely manner. Once it was ready, Tyler, Ty Guy as he with a smile. My vehicle’s oil was changed by a team of technicians to get my service done in a timely manner. Another great service appointment at Subi Utica! Checked vehicle in w Vince Gonzalez whom I have frequently worked with previously. Always spot on with what needs to be done, got my Outback into the Checked vehicle in w Vince Gonzalez whom I have frequently worked with previously. Always spot on with what needs to be done, got my Outback into the service queue quickly and repairs done earlier than expected. Tech doing the work was Paw Htoo. Paw took care of needed repairs plus provided a video displaying relevant review of important components. Great job on the service. Further, had one issue that was resolved w acting Service Manager Billy Melendez fully to my satisfaction. “Hats Off” and a “Well Done” to the entire team! More
