Everyone I worked with was excellent & probably my most pleasant dealership experience in my 68 years young. I worked mainly with Tyler & Alyssa who was in training. I could tell she was enthusiastic about pleasant dealership experience in my 68 years young. I worked mainly with Tyler & Alyssa who was in training. I could tell she was enthusiastic about learning her new job. Tyler was very patient with all my questions & remained professional, courteous, friendly & patient throughout the entire process. I was unfortunately forced to replace my 2016 Escape with transmission going out at only 109,000 miles. I entered dealership adamant that I would never purchase another Ford, but that’s exactly what I did & hoping I made the right decision after being informed that 2016 was a bad year for Ford. I am disappointed that Ford offered no type of compensation for this, but I know that this was out of control for Tyler & his colleagues. I prided myself on servicing the 2016 on a regular basis, but guess my efforts were fruitless. I still give Tyler a glowing review for his excellent customer service as well as everyone else I dealt with! More
