Like most people, I’m not exactly a fan of wandering around car lots, feeling like a lost hiker in the Amazon, all while salesmen perch on high like vultures or jungle cats, just waiting to pounce. But my experience at Royal Moore was nothing like that. Tyler was more of a ‘guide’ through the jungle than a predator, kind and personable with the energy of a little fuzzy dog who just wants to make sure you’re happy. My whole family loved working with him, and my son said he liked Tyler because he reminded him of that ‘funny muppet,’ Fozzy Bear. Not the typical sales experience, but honestly, way better and much funnier! 10/10 would recommend! More

When you first meet him, you might think, “Is this guy auditioning for a lumberjack calendar or selling me a car?” But don’t be fooled by the Brawny Man exterior—he’s all heart and helpfulness. You might assume he’s here to sell you rugged paper towels or chop down a tree with his bare hands. But alas, he’s here to sell you a car, and he does it with superb finesse. He answered all my questions with the patience of a saint and the candor of someone who actually cares (a rare combo in the auto world, let’s be honest). Despite coming in with a different goal, I drove off in a Sequoia I now adore, thanks to his guidance. It’s been love since the test drive. Five shining stars for this top-tier, customer-centric gentleman. Someone give this man a raise or at the very least, a lifetime supply of plaid. More
