I have anxiety when it comes to big life decisions, to say I was nervous was an understatement. I actually drove into the lot and out twice because I panicked. Tyler immediately made me feel comfortable and at home—we talked what my goals were, and he listened. We ran the numbers first so I didn’t get my hopes up, and that’s where I met Jon. Tyler and Jon worked like the dream team, getting me into a 2025 Pilot EX-L, my dream car since I was a teenager getting my first car. As a mother of 3, two of which are in car seats, the CRV was just a little too small for our needs and I didn’t want a minivan. Even though they didn’t have a blue one in stock, like my daughter joked she wanted out of our choices, we were shocked with how incredible the details in the new pilot are; it’s luxurious! I left with my dream car, at a payment I am comfortably affording, and couldn’t have had a better experience. If you’re thinking about a new car, I’d highly recommend my dream team—they were quick, listened to my concerns and needs, and made me feel at home; as if they were caring for family during the purchase.
