Car developed a problem after one week. Brought it in to the service dept on the appointed date. Was told it could take 24 to 48 hours to find the problem. Efficient, professional, thorough. I contacted the dealership and this nice receptionist was very helpful. Made my appointment quickly. In the nearly 5 years this was the quickest a I contacted the dealership and this nice receptionist was very helpful. Made my appointment quickly. In the nearly 5 years this was the quickest appointment I have ever had as far as booking. I usually wait 2 months. I was able to book with my service advisor as well. I showed up and Chris got us checked in. Tyler called and my car was ready for pick up at 5pm. Tyler took my concerns seriously and my vehicle was repaired. The technician did a great job finding the problem. I had routine oil change, tire rotation and balance, air filters, all fluids topped off. The dealership was remodeled it's very nice. I appreciate all the staff did this time for me. Thank you! More

Tyler was an awesome service advisor. He made it so easy to leave my Tucson, run some errands with my wife, then come back and pick the Tucson up. He kept in communication with me.
