Cronin Toyota was a great help at getting us in our "new-to-us" truck. I originally found our truck through Autotrader over the weekend. Kelcey from the internet sales department contacted us first thi "new-to-us" truck. I originally found our truck through Autotrader over the weekend. Kelcey from the internet sales department contacted us first thing Monday morning and got us set up that day with Ronnie White, to test drive the truck of our choice. When we arrived the truck was being pulled up for our test drive. Initially we had the wrong truck but it was easily and quickly rectified. After a test drive of the truck we were sold and drove away in our new vehicle about 2 hours after arriving. It was a great experience and we will definitely check out Cronin first for future purchases! More

Shoddy They spent a week doing a 140 point inspection to be "Certified Pre-Owned." Windows were not cleaned. (crud around the top when windows rolled down) They spent a week doing a 140 point inspection to be "Certified Pre-Owned." Windows were not cleaned. (crud around the top when windows rolled down) A battery post was corroded. A mud flap was missing a bolt. There was no windshield wiper fluid. (Even W-Mart checks the fluids!) Tires were not changed because they had at least 5k miles left on them. Bought a 59 dollar bed mat for 200 dollars. (they split the cost so that I only paid 99 dollars for a bed shaped piece of rubber that doesn't fit) I have to deal with them to keep the warranty in force, but I feel the need to document every little thing due to their after-the-sale behavior. Love the truck though. More

Very Nice Chris Holliman did a great job, answering all my questions truthfully, in a timely manner and without the car sales hype. Mark is the Man!!!! When in time of need God will send you to the right people! I needed a newer automobile then I had and knew my credit wasn't the best but I just praye When in time of need God will send you to the right people! I needed a newer automobile then I had and knew my credit wasn't the best but I just prayed and gave it to god (knowing I had an auto program thru my job at another dealership), but he sent me to MARK and thanks to Mark, he made it happen, so if you think it's not possible go to Mark Charmbers, plus everyone was so nice at CRONIN TOYOTA NISSAN! and thanks Tyler!!!
