Someone always greets you immediately, and most of the Service folks know you by name. On my recent visit for regular service, Angie even took time between customers to come over and ask me how our recent move into our new home went. Considering that it had been at least 3 to 4 months since I'd mentioned that to her and how many people these people see in a day, it's a pretty amazing 'feel good' experience when they remember something about your everyday life mentioned in passing and take the time to ask. When describing any issues with your vehicle, they pay attention and actually show caring about what is happening and what it means to you. On this visit, Eric Staton was the person I dealt with and he did an outstanding job, especially explaining findings on the normal maintenance inspection. Just before I was leaving I remembered a chip in the paint on the hood of my car that I'd forgotten to mention initially when I brought the car in. Eric asked one of the Body Shop guys and he went out, inspected it, told me what was going on and said they could either set it up to take care of it or do it on my next visit. No worries. We've owned Honda vehicles since 2000, and have dealt with Schottenkirk since we moved back to Georgia in 2015. They have never disappointed in the standard of parts, labor, and service that we've received. More

We come from the Rockdale County area to have our services done because of this specifically. There are at least 7 Honda service departments within 20 miles of us and the consistency in personnel, workmanship and customer service do not compare to what we receive driving over an hour to have our vehicle serviced. More

Very satisfactory I switched over to Shottenkirk Honda in Cartersville due to easy of location from me and a little disappointment with the dealer I had been going to. I switched over to Shottenkirk Honda in Cartersville due to easy of location from me and a little disappointment with the dealer I had been going to. They have been exceptionally good in all facets of service maintenance - timely, fair, and thoroughly knowledgeable. Normally, I have managed to seem Emily Lewis, however, this time I had a couple of the guys. They were all good. They don't try and sell you things you don't need, but tell you what should be done with no pressure. They understand customers and their needs. Will continue to use them for service and if I would buy another Honda. Thanks. Terry More

I wish they had called me. We walked around the showroom for an hour. When we left the dealership my car was parked in the bay at 10:15. I assumed it had not been serviced yet. We walked around the showroom for an hour. When we left the dealership my car was parked in the bay at 10:15. I assumed it had not been serviced yet. We walked around the shopping area across the street and killed over 2 hours. When we returned to check on the car at 12:30, it was in the same spot and we found out the repair had been completed at 10:11! We were never called even though your advisors knew we were waiting on the car. I hate to needlessly waste that much of a Saturday. More
