Tyler Biffer and Chuck Whitley did an excellent job of working together to package the trade in of my existing car and leasing a 2020 Lexus XC60. The entire sales experience was pleasant and easy. Chuck took the time to listen and help me decide which of the two Volvo vehicles I was considering purchasing / leasing. He explained a financing option that I never considered which made my decision to lease the Volvo XC60 a "no brainer". Tyler ws committed to making certain I test drove both vehicles, explainging the pros and cons of each vehicle as it related to my personal driving needs and answering all of my questions. I will confidently recommend Volvo Cars of Naples to my friends and family. More

I went to the dealership to get a new batteries for my 2011 Volvo C70 . I really wanted to get rid of the car I was driving. Since I was already at the dealership let me speak to a salesperson about leasi 2011 Volvo C70 . I really wanted to get rid of the car I was driving. Worked "remotely" with these folks. I live about 80 miles from their showroom. Once we agreed on a deal, Tyler brought the new car to my home,signed all of the paperwork and he took my trade back to h miles from their showroom. I spoke with Tyler a couple of times after the sale with questions about the XC-40 that I purchased. He answered my questions, no problem. More
