Not a happy and satisfied customer. The dealership have construction going on and still open for customer maintenance, so you would think they would have ample accommodation for their The dealership have construction going on and still open for customer maintenance, so you would think they would have ample accommodation for their customers to wait while having g their vehicle serviced, but it doesn't seem that they put much effort into accommodating their customers, having to wait outside with the noise of the construction going on. My appointment was at 9:30, I got there early in hope that my vehicle will be serviced on time and I'll be on my way before the rush hour. I waited one and a half hours while my vehicle just sat in the parking are before approaching the customer service staff to find out what's going on, she was on her cell phone. She then had to look up my warranty to see if the parts were covered and if the maintenance department had the parts, then she had to send an email to the warranty office to see if the parts were covered, and so the waiting continues. All of this could have been done while I was waiting for an hour and a half, but it took me to approach the customer service staff to find out what's going on before she actually do anything. Now it will take another two hours for them to service my vehicle which will be 4 1/2 from my appointment time. Kia has to do better in management their staff and ensuring they take care of the customers in a prompt manner and not be on their phones. Management, check on your staff or you will have a lot of unsatisfied customers More
