Mr. Shannon George greeted me at the door and promptly took down my information. He was eager to discuss the RC 350 and had all the necessary information for a test drive. Throughout our interaction, Mr. George remained professional and courteous, making the car-buying process a breeze. After test driving the RC 350, I knew it was the perfect fit for me and decided to make the purchase. Mr. George handled all the paperwork for my trade-ins, ensuring a smooth transaction. During this time, I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Ty Stanberry, the manager representing Westside Lexus. Lurie Keener: Terrible customer service. I had just bought a car there 2 WEEKS PRIOR and the original salesperson was out so I asked the manager to assign me someone else and unfortunately I had just bought a car there 2 WEEKS PRIOR and the original salesperson was out so I asked the manager to assign me someone else and unfortunately Lurie is who was picked. I drove a couple of cars and asked if he could show me how Lexus Navigation worked. They held the car that was of interest and a week or so later I asked if I was eligible for one of the incentives and later asked for a picture of the dash as the car was going to be a gift and the person wanted to see that. He responded with the following via text (which I sent to his manager): "Ok now I have never in my 33 years in this business, done so much to assist a customer in making a decision. I have went above and beyond..." Well, let's not address the grammar issue; he must have had a very easy career. Fortunately someone else was assigned to me. However, the management did not lower the price in consideration of my just having bought a car there two weeks prior so I did not purchase the car. Disappointing experience for sure. More
