I really like this company and want to start by saying that the employees are consistently professional and friendly. Unfortunately, we’ve now taken our new 4Runner in for basic service multiple times, an that the employees are consistently professional and friendly. Unfortunately, we’ve now taken our new 4Runner in for basic service multiple times, and every single time we’ve picked it up, there has been a new warning light on the dash that wasn’t there before. Our last visit resulted in an ABS light, and this most recent service left us with a tire pressure sensor light. On another they forgot to return our tire key, requiring an extra trip back into town to retrieve it. This recurring issue is becoming very frustrating and one I don't have with other dealers. I hope they can improve their post-service checks so we can continue trusting them with our vehicle without these problems. More
