I found the ford Fusion that I wanted, while test driving the car the salesman started talking about some package that would give me 2 free oil changes and tires rotated. I asked how much it was and he said the car the salesman started talking about some package that would give me 2 free oil changes and tires rotated. I asked how much it was and he said he didn't know. We get back to the dealership and gets the paperwork so we can over pricing. Not only was it the price of the car, sales tax, dealer fee and KIA PLATINUM PACKAGE FOR $2450. I told him I didn't want their platinum package. He said he would have to check and see if they could sell the car without it. Guess what??? He said the sales manager wouldn't take it off. I walked out. What a SCAM More

What an absolute joke of a dealership! My wife and I found a car here on Thursday, filled out the finance application, set up an appointment for Saturday to go look at it with every intention of buying found a car here on Thursday, filled out the finance application, set up an appointment for Saturday to go look at it with every intention of buying it seeing that we were driving over 4 hours from Ohio. Received a call while on our way saying the vehicle sold the previous evening even though we were told it would be there since we had an appointment. We even called multiple times to make sure we had all the necessary documentation to complete the purchase. Generally when someone is driving 4 hours one way from a different state to look at a specific vehicle they are serious about buying. Obviously this dealership couldn't care less! More

Car not for sale at advertised price. I will try to stick just to the facts. Saw the ad on for a used Hyundai Elantra on Cargurus.com. Sent them my email and phone to contact me. Which the I will try to stick just to the facts. Saw the ad on for a used Hyundai Elantra on Cargurus.com. Sent them my email and phone to contact me. Which they did quickly. Set up a time after work to see the car. (it is an hour away from my home) After arriving at the dealership, we are asked to come inside and the salesman explains about their "Napleton Care" . Essentially a bunch of extras that they are trying to sell. I'm ok with that, that is their job. We take a test drive and like the car, although it is not showroom new. But we are interested. So we go back inside and talk to the salesman. We have excellent credit so there is no problem there. He asks what I want for a monthly payment.- I tell him I want a 60 month loan. He says my payment will be close to $400 mo. I ask at what interest rate?? He says he can't tell me that. Only the finance guy can. He suggests a 72 month loan. I say no. I will only go 60 mo. My figuring at an interest rate at my bank had me at $250 mo for 60 mo. That was for the price of car, sales tax and a few hundred on top. I relay to him the above info and he states there are more charges than that. I ask what are they? He says the finance guy can answer that, he can't. I tell him I can just get a loan through my bank. He says "So you don't want the car?" I say no, I am interested, but I can get a loan through my bank. He obviously doesn't want that because he goes on to state how many banks they work with etc. He says to give him a minute and leaves again. Comes back and says he can get us .5% less interest rate for 60 mo. I say that is a great rate. But the monthly payment is still $35 mo higher than what I figured. (lower rate, but higher pymt?) So this time I ask how much is being financed? They say "price of car, tax, title, license, and other things." "What other things?" I ask. That is when he mentions about the "Napleton Care" stuff again. I say "oh, I don't want any of that." He says that it is part of sale, already installed. I ask him to uninstall it. He says he doesn't know if that can be done. He goes to his manager (I think) Manager? comes out and states that the "Napleton Care package" comes with the car. I tell him, I don't want that. I just want the car. He says it is already installed. I say uninstall it then. He says they can't, that it is already installed. (at this point I'm ready to leave and get up) I tell him that it is underhanded to advertise a car at one price, but then say you can't buy it at that price because you have "added value" to it. I then leave. I realize that it is a business and money has to be made, but this is what I consider false advertising. I would not recommend anyone purchase a vehicle here. More
