They are xxxx! !!! Don’t buy a used car from them…My daughter and her grandpa bought a used vehicle 7/15/24 from bend Honda reluctantly because my daughter really re !!! Don’t buy a used car from them…My daughter and her grandpa bought a used vehicle 7/15/24 from bend Honda reluctantly because my daughter really really wanted the car. She fell in love with it the second she saw it. First, the salesman was rude and passive aggressive (Alexander) it was a red flag to begin with. Keep in mind this is my daughters first car and the first time she has ever met her grandpa.(he lives in California) so we proceed with the transaction. Grandpa was paying up front. He said he didn’t feel good about that place but he wasn’t going to let my daughter, which she said we can go somewhere else, leave without her dream car. So he bought it. We test drove it maybe 15 miles and it seemed to be a perfect fit. As soon as we got home which was a 40 min drive and parked it it smelled of burning oil. I thought maybe they had possibly just changed the oil and may have spilled a little on the engine. NOPE, I was wrong! We drove it around maybe another 20 miles and had to pull over because the engine was smoking. We called and the service department, they were great! Took us in right away and kept us updated. We had this car for 1 week and they had it for 3 weeks! It came with a 60day warranty. We came to pick it up yesterday, spoke with the finance sales manager and asked if they could extend our warranty because they’ve had it longer than we have and they sold us an unsafe car. according to them they do a 125 point inspection and put it on the front lot claiming it was a reliable safe car. They told me no. It is what it is. I’m dumbfounded by the heartless reaction to a place that “making happy people happy” dealership would do us so wrong. The list is long on the repairs they had to do so I’m adding a photo. Please don’t make the same mistake with people who do not care about who they sell to, they’re only there to take your money. This car was $22,000! By the way,they wouldn’t even negotiate the price because they claimed they paid 20,900 for it! What a joke. Save yourself the time and hassle from buying from Honda of bend😢 More

Noticed my temp gauge creeping upward. Stopped in Bend Honda and my service writer, Ty Clark, came out to take a look. He brought out a mechanic, Alex, who took some temperature readings. They both convinced me I should not drive the car further, as greater damage would occur. They were oh so right ! The thermostat was not functioning ! Had I kept driving, I could have really done some major damage to my beloved Toaster ! I know dealership service departments get a really bad rap, some deserved, but Bend Honda has treated me so fairly, so right these last nearly 6 years. Thanks guys, I’ll be back !!! More
