My tire pressure gauge came on. I noticed there was a nail, I called and stopped by this location as it was close by for them to fix it but they wanted $70 although my tires were a I noticed there was a nail, I called and stopped by this location as it was close by for them to fix it but they wanted $70 although my tires were a month old purchased at another Subaru dealership and still under warranty. I was told it's because I didn't purchase the tires there. I just told them to put air in, so I can be on my way and took it back to my dealership. If you are operating under the Subaru umbrella you should take care of your customers regardless of where a vehicle was purchased etc. I have made calls to speak with a manager and have not received a call yet Very disappointing. More

Great Experience I have raved about my experience in buying a new car and trading in my older Forester. Now I'm raving that I spent 2 hours with someone to go over every aspect of the car - all by skype since everyone is still in quarantine. If that doesn't express care and support I don't know what else would. I already knew that the servicing department is stellar but this experience of buying a car and the follow through is over the top. I couldn't be happier and any more satisfied..... More

Another Great Experience at Fitzgerald I recently purchased my fifth car from Fitzgerald, my second from Twain Dooley. The process is always fair and easy, and the Fitz prices and their lif I recently purchased my fifth car from Fitzgerald, my second from Twain Dooley. The process is always fair and easy, and the Fitz prices and their lifetime protection program is great. I was having a few issues with my previous Subaru, and Greg Lewis worked with me to get me into a new car, while Twain took care of the details of the transaction. My expectations were exceeded. I won't buy a car anywhere else. More

The price quoted on the phone was the price we paid. There was no pressure to add anything. We did not pay for extra parts of packages that we did not ask for. I have used Fitzgerald before (12 years ago), and the experience was the same, so their policy is solid. I bought a protection plan, then, 3 weeks later, decided that I did not want it. The customer service rep was helpful and efficient in helping me cancel it - turns out that I had 90 days to do so! No hassle, no sell, just help. More

Disorganization My wife leased a car from this dealer about two months ago and everything seems disorganized here. Firstly, they didn't have the second key, so they h My wife leased a car from this dealer about two months ago and everything seems disorganized here. Firstly, they didn't have the second key, so they had to order a second. When my wife called, the parts department hadn't heard of it and the sales/parts people blamed each other. Next we paid for the trunk cover since it didn't come with the car. We paid for it before we left the lot. 3 weeks later, we received an invoice for both the secind key that was supposed to come with the car AND the trunk cover we already paid for. Thirdly, we got the license plate and registration days before the temporary tags expired. Only, they registered the car in the wrong parking zone in DC. We won't be back, not for service or the next car. More
