Made an appointment with Alex to discuss specific vehicle purchase. He was ready when I drove in the lot and he had the vehicle ready to test drive as soon as we finished our initial discussion. He answered all of my questions professionally and honestly, respected my knowledge and was honorable of my need for COVID protocols. Some back and forth with terms with sales manager (Tony ?) but respectful and professional. Troy in finance was just as professional and explained options well. They were able to handle every transfer needed - plates, insurance etc. before I drove off the lot. A very professional experience, would recommended at least giving them an opportunity to help you out. More
