We were interested in a vehicle that was scheduled to be delivered, and we could put $500 to hold the car so we could test drive it, and if we changed our mind, the money would be refunded. We were dealing with a similar vehicle at another Toyota dealer, hoping for a better deal. However, their policy would not refund the money if we weren't happy with the car. Buyer's Dealership gave us a much better deal and a higher price on our trade-in. I bought a lot of new cars in my life and Troy was the 1st sales person to follow up with me and told me to save his contact and if I needed any help with questions about my car to call him. Car salesmen come and go, but Troy seems like this is his career and will be around for a while compared to salespeople I've met in the past. I loved the car so much that I almost forgot to test drive it. More
